Self-adhesive aluminum polyester lamianated boned tape […]
Self-adhesive aluminum polyester lamianated boned tape is a kind of high performance shielding material for coaxial cable. It has excellent electromagnetic shielding performance and can effectively prevent electromagnetic interference (EMI). The structure of the material generally includes the following parts:
Aluminum foil layer: Aluminum has good electrical conductivity, can effectively shield electromagnetic waves, is the core material of the shield layer. The aluminum foil layer usually has high electrical conductivity and excellent electromagnetic shielding capability. Aluminum foil can effectively block external electromagnetic interference to ensure the stability of signal transmission.
Polyester substrate: The Polyester layer (usually polyethylene or polypropylene) acts as a mechanical protection while also enhancing the flexibility and tensile strength of the material. It can provide good environmental resistance for the material, such as moisture, corrosion and so on.
Self-adhesive layer EAA : The EAA layer can adhere closely to the cable sheath layer, without the need for additional bonding materials, to ensure that the shield layer and the cable surface tight fit, thereby reducing the loss and interference when the cable transmission signal.
Good flexibility: adapt to different shapes of cable, installation is not easy to break or tear.
It is mainly used in the manufacture and shielding of coaxial cable, especially in the fields of communication, broadcasting, closed-circuit television, etc., where the shielding performance is required.
